Initial Peer Reviewer Training
This two-day training is available at no cost to participants who
qualify to become COA Peer Reviewers. Before registering for Initial Peer Reviewer Training, prospective Peer Reviewers must meet the COA eligibility requirements for becoming a Peer Reviewer by completing and submitting a Peer Reviewer application and submitting a nomination letter from one of COA's affiliated national organizations or by another Peer Reviewer. COA notifies applicants, who qualify to become Peer Reviewers, to register for Initial Peer Reviewer Training. For a Peer Reviewer application, please contact

How to Complete the Self-Study Document (SST)
This half-day training is designed for staff responsible for organizing and creating the self-study document. The training focuses on pre-site evidence of compliance (policies, procedures, meeting agendas, and other formats of documentation) required and included in the self-study document. Training participants will "walk through" completing a mock self-study according to COA guidelines in the 7th Edition Standards. Guidelines to Re-Accreditation
Guidelines to Re-Accreditation is a one-day training designed exclusively for organizations that are accredited and staff who have been through the COA accreditation process at least once before. Please contact Ryan McGuire at rmcguire@coanet.org for registration information. Cost: $300.
