Spirituality in the Workplace

Work is the privileged place in which we find God and work out our salvation. Catholic Charities USA has developed a variety of resources to assist agencies and their staff members to grow in spirituality within their work setting.

2005 Lenten Reflections
Lent is a sacred time of six weeks and four days during which we are invited to conversion and repentance, thus allowing God to transform us. We are asked to make this pilgrimage engaging in three activities - prayer, fasting and almsgiving - as tools of conversion and repentance. Or in the words of the prophet Micah,

"This is what Yahweh asks of you, only this:
  to act justly,
  to love tenderly and
  to walk humbly with your God." Micah 6:8
