Help: How to Use Our Web site
The new CatholicCharitiesUSA.org Web site was launched in mid-Summer 2003. Here's some Q & A's to help you access the Web site.
All individual members of CCUSA will now have unique usernames and passwords to log in to the members-only section of the Web site. The username and password of "pastoral" will no longer be valid. Not all areas of the Web site are password protected.
How do I get my username and password?
If you're an individual member of CCUSA, check your latest issue of Charities USA. On the label you will notice a number on the top left hand corner. This number is your Member ID and works as your username (userid) for the Web site. Your last name is your password.
I don't have an issue of Charities USA in front of me. How can I get my number?
Go to "Forgot Password/Username" and provide your information. If you don't have an e-mail address you can contact Katie Miller at ext. 184 for your username.
My agency is a member can I log in?
No, only individual members of CCUSA can access the members-only Web site section. However, there are areas that are open to the public such as our Calendar of Events, Publications, News and Disaster Response.
How do I become an individual member?
